How quickly will I receive my order?

In-stock items ship in 1-3 business days. For custom items, please see individual product pages for specific details.

What if it's a gift, and I don't have time to wait?

Or we'd be happy to send along a printable voucher that you can gift in its stead. Please email us, and we'd be happy to send one along.

How will my order ship?

Our standard shipping in the U.S. is UPS ground and takes 1-5 business days to arrive to you. We have a flat $10 shipping rate in the U.S. We will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, Ireland, Finland, Canada. We have a flat $40 rate to all of the above countries except Canada which is $20. To inquire about shipments to your country, please email us.

I ordered the wrong size ring. Is there anything that can be done?

If your ring is too small, we can usually make it larger by about 1 size. We charge approximately $40 including shipping for this service. If your ring is too large, it really depends on the ring. If we can't resize your ring, we would be happy to extend a 50% discount on a replacement ring. Please email us to discuss.

How do I send you my photo for a Custom Silhouette?

You can email us a digital photo. See our photo preparation guidelines for more details.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of custom items. For all other products, we are happy to issue a refund less shipping for any unused merchandise returned within 7 days of its receipt. Please email us if you'd like to return an item.
