How quickly will I receive my order?
Custom jewelry and custom glassware orders ship approximately 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your completed order. See individual product pages for specific details. Non-custom orders ship in 1-3 business days.

What if it's a gift, and I don't have time to wait?
How about a gift certificate? Simply email us and let us know which items you'd like to give, and we'll email you a Paypal invoice that you can pay by Paypal or credit card. We'll ship the gift certificate to you, and you can present that as a gift. Then your recipient can order exactly what she wants at her leisure! Please note that we will add a $10 charge to your order to cover the shipping of the gift certificate.

How will my order ship?
Our standard shipping is UPS ground and takes 1-5 days to arrive to you. We will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please email us if you need something quickly and want to upgrade your shipping. Please note that you cannot place international orders on our site. To inquire about an international shipment, please email us.

How do I send you my photo for a Custom Silhouette Charm?
You can email us a digital photo, or if you'd prefer, you can send one to us via snail mail. See our photo preparation guidelines for more details

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns of custom items. For all other products, we are happy to issue a refund less shipping for any unused merchandise returned within 7 days of its receipt. Please email us to give us a heads up that the return is coming and send to:
